K. D. Holiday Properties Ltd was born out of two existing group companies K. D. Designs Ltd and K. D. Developments Ltd.
K. D. Designs offers an interior design service which includes sourcing of all floor / wall coverings, fabrics, furniture, lighting and sub contracts the services of decorators, carpenters, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, and carpet fitters etc. K. K. D. Developments buy and renovate properties throughout South Wales and one of these recent projects won the LABC Building Excellence award for the Best Extension to an existing dwelling. Some of these properties are sold on and some are added to our portfolio of residential rental properties located throughout South Wales and London.
It was as a result of the expertise and experience in interior design, renovation and rental that K. D. Holiday properties was established.
